in the 1930's shoulder pads became popular in fashion. In 1932, the trend was set when they were worn by Joan Crawford "Letty Lynton". Shoulder pads have come and gone in fashion. Surprisingly enough they made their way right back on the scene when appearing in many designer collections of 2007,And now where seeing them everywhere this season.
